Your statements
PennyTie reads PDF files inside your web browser. The contents of your files are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, never stored on a server, and never sent to an AI service. When you close or reload the tab, the data is gone. CSV files and reports you download are saved only where your browser saves them.
License keys
If you buy Pro, your license key is stored in your browser's local storage. When you activate it, and about once a day after that, the page sends the key to our license check service, which asks Gumroad whether your subscription is active. That request contains only the license key, nothing about your documents, and the service stores nothing.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad's privacy policy covers the payment and contact details you give them. We receive the details Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your email address and purchase records, and use them only to provide the product and support.
Analytics and cookies
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. The web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
